Current Status : DRAFT - will be decided in eShakha

I was away from eShakha due to my personal engagements and also due to pravas here locally. Sorry for the same.
But, during this time, we have created a good samparka and also thinking over what could be our next projects in eShakha.
There are lot of expectations from eShakha and one of the expectation is to create a think and and a good Vakta (Speaker) from our team.
In order to think over this can we have a small baithak?
Few thoughts below :
We can have 4 streams or teams who will work independently. Each team will have a leader or mentor and 4 Vakta (Speakers).
Out of 4 Vakta, one will be coordinator of the team. Sujeet ji can manage overall coordination.
Stream 2 : Lead by Shri. Madhukar Ambekar : Media and our expressions
Stream 3 : Lead by Shri. Shantanu Bhagwat : Youth Mobilization
Stream 4 : Lead by Shri. Yashwant rao Pathak : Ancient Bharatiya Education
Leader will chair monthly 1 meeting. Coordinator will arrange it.
Leader will present a Key note address, Introduction and background behind the subject.
4 Swayasmevaks as vakta-
Overall Coordination by Boudhik Vibhag of eShakha. Sujeet ji - please comment.
Total team : 16+4+1 = 21
This acitivity will be independent of eShakha.We can start over this from this Gudhi-Padwa and we will continue this for one year.
Expectation is : To get at least 2 vaktas (if possible all 4) from each streams delivering public speech, webinars, seminars, presentations, news articles, comments to news editorials etc.

This is a good initiative that has potential to make a deep impact not only to individuals who participate in this activity but also to others who are in sampark with them. Also, I would like to congratulate Herambji for getting the real experts involved and committed to this task. I believe, for us individually, this would mean doing justice to the effort contributed by these committed and expert individuals.
It would be good to have a Baithak at the earliest mutually convenient time. We can have a free discussion in the Baithak about our views as well as "interests" in this initiative and decide on the next steps. I believe, since this initiative requires profound work, we may need a few Baithaks for things to become clear to us. So let us start with this group in the 1st baithak and we can invite other interested/required members in the subsequent Baithaks.
I would propose having the 1st Baithak on Sunday (13th February), either 1 hour before or 1 hour after Keshav E-Shakha. If this time is not suitable, please suggest other options.
Everyone, if you have some comments/suggestions please feel free to do so. Also, any specific topic/questions related to this initiative to be included for baithak are welcome.

Since there are no other suggestions, let us try to have a short discussion after tomorrow's E-Shakha.
Herambji, do you think it would be a good idea to give a primer about this initiative and would you be able to give us all some introduction as part of tomorrow's Bauddhik? Please let us know.
